At Wicks & Locks, we believe in smart and beautiful choices; for your home and the planet. Our in-store refill service lets you enjoy your favourite scents again and again while cutting down on waste. 
We prioritise the environment and we’re proud to make sustainable luxury easy and beautiful.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Bring Your Jars
    Drop off your clean, empty (wick removed) Wicks & Locks candle jars at our shop in Triq it-Tabib Nikol Zammit, Siggiewi.

  2. Fill Out a Quick Form
    Choose your fragrance from our main collection, leave your details, and tell us if you'd like your candle delivered or picked up once it’s ready.

  3. We Refill It for You
    Refills are done in monthly batches, carefully hand-poured by us.

  4. Get It Back, Good as New
    Your favourite scent in your favourite jar, back in your hands or at your doorstep.

To thank you for choosing sustainability, we’re proud to launch the Wicks & Locks Candle Refill Card. A simple way to reward your eco-friendly choices. Each time you refill a clean, original Wicks & Locks jar, you’ll receive a stamp on your card. Collect 10 stamps, and your 10th refill is completely FREE. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us reduce waste and bring beauty back, one jar at a time.

​You can collect your Refill Card for free from our shop, or request one to be included when placing an online order.

Terms & Conditions

The Wicks & Locks Candle Refill Card is valid exclusively for refills of original Wicks & Locks jars that have been thoroughly cleaned prior to drop-off. One stamp is awarded per eligible refill, and the 10th refill is free, redeemable only on scents from our main collection. Cards must be presented in-store at the time of drop-off to receive a stamp. Our staff reserves the right to refuse any jars that are not our brand, are unclean, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for reuse. Refills are completed in monthly batches, and customers will be contacted when their candle is ready for pickup or delivery, based on the option selected on the form. Cards are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. This program is only available at our Siggiewi shop.
