Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Process cash and card payments
  • Close online orders efficiently
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and organisation
  • Manage stock control and receive and store deliveries
  • Ensure shop security procedures are followed
  • Stay up to date with current collections and offers

Requirements:

  • Able to work well in a team
  • Have a minimum of 6 months work experience in sales assisting
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Smart, clean, and presentable appearance
  • Available to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
